Compared to previous times, the customer friendliness was quite disappointing. We were very shocked by this, they have no understanding of our situation at home. They know that they repair the bicycles well, but picking up and delivering them is always very difficult. After this time, we are inclined not to return here so quickly for repairs or maintenance. We are very keen on customer friendliness, because this is part of running a shop or business. They now came for us, very arrogant indeed.

Heard a lot about the service, so looked here for a new bike. Very good help in choosing a new bicycle and received a fair price for the bicycle to be traded in. In short, the bicycle shop where you would like to cycle a bit.

Fantastically beautiful Gazelle electric bicycle bought there, 2 years ago. Insurance for 5 years and off you go. Unfortunately, my computer was recently stolen from my bike. When I reported to Van Ingen with my bike upset, another computer was immediately set up so I could immediately use the bike properly again. It was possible later to report it to the police so that they could use this evidence to submit the claim to the insurance company. Great service!! Thank you 1000 times. :) to use. :)
